The past three weeks have been a surprisingly easy time.
Things are getting much better.
My energy level is up.
My weight is down.
I can find something to eat almost anywhere.
Maybe this ease is because I am learning more and getting better at this new lifestyle. Maybe it is because my body has adjusted to the large change.
I am very very careful not to let the relative ease lead me to be complacent. I still measure and track every bite which goes into my mouth. I still stop eating BEFORE I feel full. I still make healthy choices. I still haven't had even a bite of hamburger (though I dream about them daily).
I am dedicated to a future where this lifestyle is permanent. I feel proud of myself for the first time in a long time.
WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: 64.5 lbs
SIZE CHANGE: from 28W to 20W
